Payment and Delivery
 
We accept credit and debit card payments which are processed by Paypal. If you are not registered with Paypal do not worry we can still process credit card or cheque payments. Just email us at mail@ciaoceramica.com and we will send you the necessary details.

Once you have placed an order with Ciao Ceramica you will receive confirmation by email. Items in stock will normally be despatched within 7 days of the order being received. If however there has been a high demand and the article is out of stock it may take up to 28 days before the goods can be despatched as all our pieces are individually crafted in Italy. If this does occur, you can either order an alternative item, have the products sent as soon as they become available or cancel the order.

Postal charges quoted are for orders for delivery within the UK. For orders outside the UK please email us at mail@ciaoceramica.com and we will advise as to freight charges.


Terms & Conditions

If you receive an item which does not meet your requirements, provided it is returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition within 7 days, we will refund the purchase price. 

Should an item be damaged in transit please advise us immediately and provided it is returned within 7 days we will replace it.

Please note that our ceramics are individually crafted and there may be slight variations in appearance.


Product Care

For best results alway hand wash our tableware in hand hot water using a liquid detergent. Some dishwashing detergents are caustic and can damage both the decoration and glaze.
